This is why most of the top IT companies provide some format of Training courses for the lecturers themselves so as to make them understand all aspects of technology and its practical applications.
Teaching is never an easy job and the lecturers know this quite too well. For one, it is never an easy task to make the whole class sit up and take note of your presence. A lecturer’s career used to start with a university and end with a university but those are the days of yesteryear. Today, with more and more software entrants coming in to the market every single day, the top software companies have started to woo the college lecturers away from their low paid positions at the university to that of a highly paid one at the IT Company. The trainee of today may well return to the very same software company as a lecturer in a matter of a few years.
